Job Description

Role Description: The Regulatory Data Analyst will work within Client's Environmental Technologies group to manage and organize product and regulatory compliance data, especially using AirTable. This role involves collaboration with regulatory and data analyst teams, integrating and visualizing data, and supporting environmental compliance efforts through data management and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and build workflows and automations in AirTable.
• Integrate and organize complex data sets using AirTable.
• Coordinate with regulatory and data analyst personnel to integrate data and create visualizations and automations.
• Track and operate multiple data projects across concurrent timelines.
• Support environmental compliance efforts by managing current product and regulatory compliance data.
• Utilize program management skills to oversee data projects and ensure timely delivery.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Experience:
  • 2+ years using AirTable for managing and building workflows and automations.
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience in data analysis projects, with familiarity in project management principles and tools.
  • Experience with JavaScript and Python preferred.
  • Proficient in managing, analyzing, and synthesizing large datasets.
  • Experience in the electronics industry preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required; experience with Tableau or other visualization tools preferred.
  • Preferred experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and Bills of Material (BOM) for complex products like electronics.
  • Preferred knowledge of global regulations for chemicals such as VOC and PFAS, and experience in managing product compliance data collection.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
    
    

Education And Experience

• Preferred: MS in Data Science or a related field with proficiency in AirTable.
• Required: BS degree in Sciences/Engineering/Information Technology or a related field with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
