OverviewWe are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Remote Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and callers. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting internal operations with light administrative tasks—all from the comfort of your home.
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls (50–100 per day), routing them to the appropriate departments or individuals, taking messages as needed, and delivering courteous, efficient service.
Respond promptly and professionally to emails, offering accurate information and maintaining a tone that reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
Provide outstanding client support by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, and general clerical tasks to support daily operations.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while working independently in a remote environment.
Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or call center role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable managing a high call volume with accuracy and professionalism.
Proficient with basic office software and communication tools (email, phone systems, etc.).
Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Hourly Rate + Bonus – $16/hour starting rate
