Job Description:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Remote Support Agent to join our team. As an entry-level representative, you'll provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, chat, or social media, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
. Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshooting assistance.
. Utilize software and tools to track customer interactions and resolve issues.
. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services and industry trends.
Requirements:
. High school diploma or equivalent.
. 0-2 years of customer service experience.
. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
. Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
. Previous remote work experience.
. Certification in customer service or related field (e.g., CCNA, CSP).
. Familiarity with helpdesk software and CRM systems.
Technical Requirements:
. Computer with up-to-date operating system and software.
. High-speed internet connection (25 Mbps+).
. Noise-cancelling headset and webcam.
. Smart phone or tablet (optional).
Work Schedule:
