Role Overview

As a Revenue Enablement Manager at Botify, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue processes and enhancing the productivity of our revenue team through effective training and strategic revenue support. You will work closely with the Revenue Enablement Director to implement enablement programs that empower our Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives (AEs), Account Managers (AMs), and Solution Consultants (SCs), particularly in adapting to and excelling in a SaaS environment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Operational Alignment : Understand the quarterly, half-yearly and annual business focus of regional revenue teams - primarily NA - in line with regional market objectives to inform setting of milestone checkpoints and cadence to support a structured planning process
  • Training & Onboarding: Assist in developing and delivering onboarding programs for new sales representatives to quickly and effectively ramp up their knowledge of our product and sales processes.
  • Sales Support: Create and maintain a library of sales resources and documentation, including case studies, product sheets, and sales playbooks, tailored to enhance sales performance.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop engaging and informative sales content that addresses the needs of prospects and assists in moving deals forward.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and suggest improvements based on sales performance data and feedback from the sales team.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between the sales team and other departments, gathering sales feedback and insights to refine enablement strategies and product development.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to continuously refine and update training materials and sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the global sales enablement and operations team to ensure consistency and share best practices across regions.

Your qualification:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience : At least 2 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies in the SaaS industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to create engaging and effective sales training materials and content.
    • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and training effectiveness.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

From $80,000 to $95,000 OTE
