Job Overview:
Alto Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking Clinical Instructors (BSN required) for a 12-week contract opportunity in Centerville, OH. This is a rewarding opportunity to guide nursing students in a real-world medical setting, helping shape the next generation of nurses.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and instruct nursing students in a hospital setting
• Ensure students meet clinical objectives during a 12-week term
• Provide hands-on instruction in areas like catheter insertion, hygiene, wound care, surgical care, and more
• Oversee a student group of up to 10 (many groups are smaller)
• Deliver instruction during day shifts (8–12 hours per day)
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BSN required
• Minimum 3 years RN experience
• Med Surg experience required
• Teaching experience preferred, but not required
