Overview:

Our Award-Winning Client , known for its numerous accolades and national presence, is looking for a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their expanding team in Greenville, PA. This role involves delivering compassionate Home Health care to patients within their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality home health care to patients, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Utilize professional experience and technical skills to provide exceptional care in a home setting.
• Maintain and update patient records with precision and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Manage required documentation and reporting related to patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Registered Nurse (Home Health experience preferred).
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Any of the following certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS).
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS).
• BLS and CPR Certification (assistance provided if needed).
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance.
• Ability to travel as required for the position.

Candidate Details:

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of delivering quality care, with a strong background in Med Surge, Telemetry, or ER environments. The role requires flexibility, a valid RN license, and a willingness to travel within a 45-minute to 1-hour radius from home. Reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance are necessary.
