Our Company is seeking a skilled and dependable Road Crew Maintenance Technician to support renovation and maintenance projects across our Floridia apartment portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys variety in their workday.

Road Warrior:
You will travel frequently to properties across the region to assist with renovation, make-ready, and repair projects. If you enjoy being on the move, adapting to different sites, and working with different teams, this role provides that flexibility and momentum.

Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

  • Support renovation and maintenance efforts across multiple properties.
  • Complete punch list and make-ready tasks efficiently and with high quality.
  • Perform general and skilled repairs such as: 
    • Basic plumbing and electrical work.
    • Appliance repair and replacement.
    • Light fixture, lock, ceiling fan, and smoke detector installation.
    • HVAC filter replacement and light HVAC support.
    • Execute expanded renovation and construction work including:
      • Tub and tile replacement.
      • Drywall installation, finishing, and repair.
      • Interior and exterior painting.
      • Stucco patching and surface blending.
      • Concrete and small masonry repairs.
      • Baseboards, door, and trim installation.
      • Paver leveling or replacement for safe and clean exterior surfaces.
  • Maintain company tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Ensure all work follows company safety standards.
  • Travel regularly to support needs across the portfolio (travel required).


What We're Looking For:

  • High School diploma, or GED equivalency, and 1-2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Make-Ready Technician, or similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of apartment maintenance, repairs, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in at least several of the following:
    • Electrical.
    • Plumbing.
    • Carpentry.
    • Appliance repair.
    • HVAC support.
    • Painting.
    • Drywall.
    • Finish work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and committed to completing work efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Must be able to travel to multiple job sites and work in varying environments.
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical work daily.
  • EPA I or II, Universal or HVAC certified is preferred.
  • Experience with Onesite, Yardi, or other property management software is a plus.
