Randall Residence at Gateway Park is expanding the sales team and we are looking for an exceptional sales counselor to join in our efforts in filling the community and bringing it to life! 

The Sales Counselor will be genuine and needs to be passionate about creating remarkable senior living experiences.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong ability to build rapport and connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a genuine passion for senior well-being
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with potential residents and their families, understanding their needs and preferences
• Provide informative tours of our beautiful community, showcasing the amenities and services offered
• Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to convert leads into satisfied residents
• Answer questions and address concerns regarding living options, care services, and costs
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for follow-up conversations
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for potential residents and their families
