Sales Recruiter
Hybrid work environment

Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 annually 

The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and building a pipeline of candidates for our Digital Marketing Sales Consultant positions across several markets nationwide at RevLocal.

As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, each Recruiter is the first point of contact and an important first impression to promote RevLocal's brand and create a positive candidate experience

Essential Duties 

·Sourcing and qualifying candidates through various job boards, recruiting databases, social media, employee referrals, and recruiting passive candidates

·Making phone calls to qualify sales candidates across the country, conducting phone interviews and building a consistent candidate funnel for our fast-growing sales force

·Presenting and promoting RevLocal and the position to potential candidates

·Conduct joint interviews with our hiring partners via Microsoft Teams

·Coordinating and tracking the interview process including documenting candidate activity in our Applicant Tracking System

·Post jobs on various job boards, keeping them updated in a timely manner to maximize applicant flow

·Contribute to developing recruiting strategies to promote RevLocal and drive applicants to apply

·Develop and manage partner relationships with sales leaders and hiring managers

·Regular and consistent attendance with the ability to work a hybrid schedule (currently 2 days/week our Polaris office)

Education & Experience:

·Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related field such as Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferences: 

·Previous corporate or staffing agency experience highly preferred

·Sales recruiting experience highly preferred

·Previous interviewing or recruiting experience

·Knowledge of federal and state employment law regarding employment practices
