  • Educate & Engage: Connect with potential customers via phone, video calls, email, and online outreach.
  • Close Deals: Guide prospects through the buying journey, deliver persuasive presentations, and overcome objections to win new clients.
  • Own Your Numbers: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay Organized: Manage leads, activities, and customer interactions in our CRM to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with teammates and leadership to continuously sharpen your skills and strategies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development. B2C or B2B experience is highly valued.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to prospect, build rapport, and close deals in a quota-driven environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage prospects quickly and confidently.
  • Driven & Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving results, competitive yet collaborative in approach.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs and digital tools to manage pipeline (Salesforce or HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adjusts easily to new challenges and opportunities
