Job Duties:

• Interact with Business Analysts and Development teams to understand the business requirements and convert the same into a High-Level Design.
• Understand the business process and its complexity and providing timely and desired solutions to the business community.
• Work on activities to support SAP Implementation phases at Medtronic, including System Technical Designs, Developments, Technical Unit Testing, Functional Unit Testing, VAT, Cutover and Hyper care activities and SAP Application Upgrades.
• Create Technical Input documents for SAP Application Developments in Logistic Execution, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Finance and Controlling and other relevant modules.
• Responsible in Configuring SAP Enhancements using User Exits, Customer Exits, Enhancement Points, Enhancements Sections and Business Add-Ins.
• Configure SAP software to integrate with external systems using SAP ALE/EDI technologies.
• Responsible for delivering SAP ABAP RICEF objects and provide regular status update to Project Management.
• Co-ordinate with the offshore team on tasks to ensure the timely and quality delivery of tasks and ensuring optimum system performance.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
