As a Scrum Master at Grand Living, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and helping our teams collaborate effectively to serve our residents better. Your expertise will help streamline processes, implement agile methodologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in our dynamic work environment across our locations in Florida, Texas, and Iowa, ensuring that we uphold the quality of life and joy each resident deserves. We have locations in Texas, Florida and Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Support and coach multiple teams in Agile best practices and principles to enhance team performance.
• Remove impediments and blockers faced by the team to allow them to focus on delivering quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog for effective sprint planning.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by helping teams identify opportunities to enhance their processes and practices.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and report on agile metrics, provide insights to stakeholders, and guide teams in achieving their goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to foster team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address team challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
