Job Description: Scrum Master – iVueit Team
Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office, Wednesday WFH)
Department: Product Management
Reports To: Sr. Business Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join the iVueit Engineering team. The ideal candidate will manage and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, support the Product Mthank anager in building and managing product and release roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional business partners, including Operations, Sales, and Marketing. A strong background in AWS, mobile apps, and web applications built with a modern tech stack is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Scrum Ceremonies:
    • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Story Card Estimations.
    • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and help the team continuously improve processes.
  2. Product Roadmap Support:
    • Assist the Product Manager in defining and managing product and release roadmaps.
    • Ensure alignment of sprint goals with business objectives.
  3. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Act as a bridge between the Engineering team and cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing).
    • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and alignment with requirements.
  4. Technical Knowledge:
    • Have a strong background in AWS, mobile apps, and web applications with a modern tech stack.
    • Understand technical challenges and help the team resolve blockers efficiently.
  5. Hybrid Work Schedule:
    • Be available in-office for 4 days a week, with the option to work remotely on Wednesdays.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing software development teams. (1+ years of proven Scrum experience)
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA (Cloud version) and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS and modern web and mobile application development.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
