WHO YOU ARE
You remain calm and collected during times of difficulty. You love being the person others can rely on. You’re great at anticipating needs, and others feel like you’re always one step ahead because what they need is done before they even have to ask. You like to stay busy, and when guest traffic slows, you always find other work to be done. Practical and approachable, you take pride in a well-groomed appearance while working in an upscale environment. You are able to work long hours on your feet and can lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs.
WHAT YOU DO
You ensure the safety of the entire hotel, spanning three different shifts that covers the hotel 24/7. You secure all doors and locks and find yourself patrolling the grounds both inside and out. You take great pride in keeping the pathways and hallways hazard free and safe and you don’t mind helping clear hallways should you find dirty dishes, carts, etc. laying out. You also can quickly deliver supplies or amenities to rooms if need be. You are calm, confident and can be tough when need be and can ensure control in a room should assistance be needed.
