What will you be doing in this role:
The Senior Compensation Analyst/HCM Compensation Project Leader provides complex compensation consultative services to Human Resources and Leadership for assigned areas to include Oracle compensation module design, leadership of the job description enhancement project and support for UKG enhancements. Designs and implements system solutions, strategies and programs through strong communication and influence.?? The Senior Compensation Analyst manages projects impacting areas of responsibility and manages aspects of major compensation initiatives and/or programs.

Note: Position is a 1-year contract with benefits. Possible for contract to be extended or transition to career opportunity depending on operational needs.
Experience Requirements:
Five (5) plus years of experience in compensation, HR business partner (HRBP), or total rewards.
One (1) plus years of experience on a project team implementing a new HCM system.
Hospital or Healthcare environment experience highly preferred.??

Educational/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor???s degree in?? Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or other related field. (preferred)
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
