Job Summary The RV Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, listening to their needs, scheduling appointments, and articulating repair needs to service technicians. Benefits

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Determine specialized product needs and services by working with the customer
• Provide estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Qualifications

• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
• 2 years or more of service experience preferred
• Strong understanding of mechanical and technical terms associated with RV systems
• Previous RV product or automotive experience preferred
• Ability to mutli-task in a fast paced environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and follow up skills
