We work hard to earn the trust of our customers as a leading HVAC contractor on the Treasure Coast, and provide full-service HVAC care, which includes repair, installation, and maintenance. We install and repair HVAC systems from any manufacturer and provide financing options (subject to approved credit) to help our customers make the investment in a new system, as well as comprehensive maintenance tune-ups and 24/7 emergency repairs.

This position is based out of our office located at 8050 Monetary Drive, Riviera Beach, 33404. This is not a remote position.

Pay: $19 per hour

Schedule is Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

As a Service Parts Coordinator, you will:

• Order air conditioning parts
• Create and maintain the daily parts dispatch schedule for service technicians
• Schedule the service with the customer
• Answer customer calls regarding service appointments
• Effectively enter data into the dispatching system
• Efficiently resolve customer issues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is highly desired in a like industry such as air conditioning, plumbing or electrical
• Ability to plan several days in advance
• Strong written and oral communication skills required
• Strong data entry skills required
• Must be able to work in a team environment in high-pressure situations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of customers and company personnel in a friendly and professional manner
