Job Description

Project:

• The consultant will assist with backlogged work for two primary clients—under the guidance of an architect, with the potential to become client facing once up to speed.
• Working on a custom app, followed by ongoing support.
• The candidate will primarily focus on clearing the backlog, attending business meetings, workshops, and deploying backlog items for testing and client configuration.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of ServiceNow experience
  • ITSM
  • core platform (configuration, workflow, and integration)
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
• Basic JavaScript skills

Desired skills:

• Experience with App Engine/Custom Apps/Scope Application
• HRSD or WSD
• A consulting background and familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience with SOAP or REST
