WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As a Social Media Manager , you will be responsible for developing and managing content that promotes the brand's products, educates consumers, and builds a community around Cybex’s commitment to safety and innovation while also elevating our brand expression to become the most desirable, authentic, technical, lifestyle brand for parents. You will drive the content strategy by channel, creating compelling content relevant to each social platform. You will create engaging posts, videos, and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer interaction, and support product launches and promotions. Additionally, you will monitor social media trends and performance metrics to ensure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. This role requires creativity, a passion for social media, and a deep understanding of Cybex products, with the goal of cultivating a strong online presence that aligns with Cybex’s brand values and mission.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Social Media Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty by channel. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices; with a robust focus on follower acquisition and viral content. Be a key strategic partner to

global teams to ensure alignment on the Cybex usa content strategy by channel, and ensure content is always on brand.

· Calendar Management : Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media platforms. Coordinate with internal teams to align social media activities with product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

· Content Creation and Posting : Develop engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Schedule and publish posts on various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).

· Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on key metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Use data insights to optimize social media strategies and campaigns.

· Influencer Support: Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors for content creation. Manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations, content approvals, and performance tracking. Coordinate influencer campaigns to ensure alignment with brand goals and messaging.

· Agency Management : Collaborate with third-party agencies for content creation, paid social media campaigns, and other marketing activities. Ensure agencies deliver high-quality work that aligns with brand standards and objectives.

· Community Engagement : Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and supportive online environment for parents and caregivers.

Required Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000 per year , with potential for additional bonuses and incentives. The final compensation offer will be based on experience, qualifications, and role-specific requirements.
