What you'll do:

Source and Select: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and place purchase orders.
Process Master: Manage the entire procurement process, from requisition to payment.
Data Whiz: Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
Problem Solver: Address supplier issues and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborator: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and meet their requirements.
What you'll need:

1-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus points if you have:

Experience with procurement software (e.g., PeopleSoft).
Knowledge of the utilities or construction industry.
