We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding event marketing company, providing innovative marketing, advertising, and consulting services to large national corporations. Our firm specializes in identifying and developing new revenue streams for clients through on-site promotions and personalized advertising campaigns tailored to each client's target market.

Position Overview

Due to recent client acquisitions, our marketing teams are seeking self-motivated individuals to assist with marketing events and transition into campaign management roles. This position is a crucial part of the Special Events team and reports directly to the Promotions Coordinator .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Promotions Coordinator in developing and executing marketing strategies for each event.
• Coordinate event activities, including setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
• Process and track event sales.
• Manage event logistics, timelines, and schedules.
• Serve as Event Manager when necessary.
• Act as an enthusiastic team member, leading by example for interns.

Training Program

Our Special Events Training Program takes a hands-on approach, challenging team members to learn about marketing, advertising, sales, public relations, and management. Senior management fosters a supportive environment that enhances self-confidence and promotes professional growth. Entry-level candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate with various clients and work closely with the management team in a short time.

Requirements

Entry Qualifications:

• Ability to work nights and weekends for events and promotions.
• Must have a vehicle to attend events (all travel expenses reimbursed).

• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness under pressure.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and campaigns.
