This role requires a skilled individual with expertise in web applications working with Python and React.js, who can work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and marketing professionals. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating high-quality software solutions and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain software applications using Python as the primary language, focusing on robust and scalable solutions. - Build and optimize user interfaces and client-side applications using React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences. - Collaborate with business, marketing, and revenue management teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored software solutions. - Work closely with data scientists and engineers to support data modeling and integration efforts. - Utilize Python frameworks such as Flask, Dash, or Streamlit to create efficient backend systems. - Contribute to the migration and optimization of data processes, including future transitions to Databricks. - Ensure code quality and maintainability through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices. - Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and workflows to ensure timely project delivery. - Implement APIs and integrate cloud technologies to enhance system functionality. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members when necessary.
