Summary of Duties The Student Leadership and Belonging Advisor is responsible for the advising, mentoring and leadership development of clubs, Student Activities Board and ASWSUV Election Board, additional supervision opportunities available.
This position is responsible for providing individual and organization leadership development; administrative oversight of student organization and event budgets; implementation of policies and procedures; and supports student life.
The position plans and implements large scale programs and represents OSI on campus-wide committees.
Required Qualifications Positions require a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Essential Duties: 40% Student Organization Advising and Student Supervision
25% Training and Student Development
20% Event/Program Coordination
10% Unit and University Service
5% Other duties as assigned.

Monthly Salary: 4,050 - 4,443 Zone 3 Grade 3 In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Successful candidates typically begin up to the mid-point of the salary range.
