Position Summary:
As a Student Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping students navigate their educational journey, both in-person and remotely. You'll be the primary point of contact for students, supporting them in their enrollment, orientation, and program activities. Additionally, you'll collaborate with community partners and internal teams to ensure smooth program operations and contribute to the achievement of our goals. This position requires a friendly and organized individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of learners and their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will involve a wide range of duties aimed at supporting students and program success:
Assist in the recruitment and orientation of students for various programs.
Ensure that assessments, pre-tests, and post-tests are prepared and administered on time.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students, ensuring all paperwork is submitted by the designated deadlines.
Provide on-site and remote support to students, addressing their needs and concerns.
Offer excellent customer service, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls.
Help students troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide them through any program-related processes.
Represent and promote the organization's programs within the target community.
Share information about program activities and updates with the community.
Monitor student recruitment, retention, and attendance rates to help improve program outcomes.
Prepare and submit regular activity reports to your supervisor.
Maintain organized student files, both physical and electronic.
Foster relationships with external community organizations to support program success.
Manage and distribute materials and supplies as needed.
Support student enrollment and registration processes.
Collaborate with staff to ensure the site remains clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
Partner with instructors and teachers to ensure a positive and engaging experience for students.
Perform clerical duties to keep the site running smoothly.
Oversee food storage and inventory to minimize waste, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.
Track and manage the distribution of technological devices to students.
Ensure all necessary documents (enrollments, transcripts, etc.) are submitted to the appropriate departments promptly.

Education and Experience:

Travel Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and personal automobile insurance.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as required.
Language Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish is required.

This position requires the ability to:
