Supply Chain Manager

Gpac has partnered with a growing company that's looking for a Supply Chain Manager to ensure their processes are as efficient as possible. Responsibilities below are not a comprehensive list.

Responsibilities :

* Lead cross-functional teams to align overall strategy
* Oversee and mentor direct reports
* Collaborate with Plant Manager and Engineering Manager on implementing changes while meeting the production schedule
* Analyze data and create visuals to support/communicate business decisions
* Identify waste and develop plans of action to reduce/eliminate
* Lead Root Cause Analysis team and oversee/enable countermeasure implementation
* Relationship building with vendors, subcontractors, etc.
* Negotiate with suppliers

Qualifications :

* Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or related
* 8-10+ years of experience in manufacturing management roles
* Strong MS Office (Excel*, Word, Outlook, etc.)
* MRP and ERP experience (Epicor, SAP, JD Edwards)
* Proficient in Data Analysis and Modeling for business reporting
* Understanding of Lean and Material Ordering (Lot Sizes, Reorder Points, Safety Stock, etc.)

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

* ISO or AS Experience
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
* MBA
