Position: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Neuro Specialty

Location: Fort Worth TX

Pay Scale: $1701

Shift: VARIED SHIFTS

• Assist in surgical procedures specializing in neurosurgery by preparing and organizing the operating room and sterile instruments.
• Ensure all surgical equipment is functioning properly before procedures.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons during operations handing them instruments and supplies.
• Maintain a sterile field throughout the surgical process and follow strict infection control protocols.
• Assist in the preparation and transportation of patients for surgery.
• Document surgical procedures accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Stay updated on advancements in surgical technology and neurospecific techniques.

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
• Must have strong neuro experience (required).
• Minimum Insert number years of experience in surgical technology preferably in neurosurgery.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in highpressure fastpaced environments.
