Job Description

COMPENSATION: OTE is a 60/40 split - 60% base/40% at-risk commission at 100% attainment. The position offers un-capped commission w/ a $10k -15k stock grant (3yr vest), mileage reimbursement, ESPP, 401k match 3% up to 4% if they contribute 5%. Benefits kick in 30 days following the 1st of a month. They will receive a 6-month tiered ramp period all while still being able to sell on top of the guaranteed ramp.

 

General overview:
My leaders are looking for large enterprise b2b, strategic, solutions selling experience. Candidates with 4-7 years of enterprise experience, limited job hopping - max 3 jobs within 10 years. (not really looking for SMB/Mid market sales unless they have career progression with ENT). Wireless/Software/Security industry required.

Locations:

  1. New York City area - Tues & Thurs are in the NYC office. 1166 Avenue of the Americas - USD $90,000 to $105,000 salary
  2. Columbus, OH area - USD $82,260 to $111,300 salary
  3. Frisco, TX (greater Dallas/Ft. Worth) - USD $80,340 to $108,000
  4. Edina, MN (greater Minneapolis/St. Paul) - USD $91,000 to $120,000 salary
  5. Downers Grove, IL (greater Chicago) - USD $92,520 to $120,000 salary
  6. North Florida (Orlando or Tampa, FL) – this is FL Remote there is no office but needs to be based close to those cities. - USD $73,800 to $99,300 salary

Enterprise Account Executives develop customer relationships to sell products and services, prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads through referrals. Partnering, AE's manage a portfolio of active lines, identifying business needs matching them to the T-Mobile for Business product portfolio. The role is responsible for both new logo growth and retention of the active account base.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting. Ensure all internal departments have fulfilled responsibilities to bring new customers onboard. Research business information about prospects.
  • Contract and sales negotiations.

 

  • Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

 

  • Work Experience:
  • 4-7 years Acquisition sales experience and a demonstrated history of achievements in a commissioned environment. ()
  • 2-4 years Technology or wireless Sales experience to Fortune 1000 companies in Region. ()
