Job Description:

As the Technical Project Manager, for MarTech Platform you will be responsible for working with the Engineering Managers and Product Managers, publish release dates for the upcoming release, track, coordinate and manage all MarTech releases through the Software Development Lifecycle.

You will focus on opportunities to improve the existing release process, identify potential efficiencies, develop suggestions, and implement them in partnership with the Engineering Teams.

• Exceptionally familiar with JIRA, Confluence, Miro and Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical project management and assertive decision-making skills
• Demonstrate ability to streamline process development and improvement
• Experience with build and release processes for 3rd Party SaaS Platform integrations
• Technical orientation and a strong understanding of software development
• Project planning and estimating effort for the different SDLC phases
• Experience in delivering projects using Agile Methodology
• An understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) concepts, with experience in using build and deployment tools to streamline and automate the development lifecycle
• Experience using Atlassian JIRA, Service Now, Atlassian Confluence tools

Daily Responsibilities

• Review existing practices and develop process and structure to improve and scale release management and stabilization processes across MarTech Platform.
• Own all release schedules, coordination and production change management across MarTech internal platform and 3rd Party Marketing Cloud SaaS Platform
• Coordinate with Engineering Teams to allow for a smooth cutover from Stage to Production and publish release metrics
• Works closely with Engineering Team and 3rd Party SaaS Platform teams to ensure quality and timely release delivery and verification
• Guide through deployment verification and sign-off, getting feedback from stakeholders
• Coordinate on-time release of all supported platforms so changes are delivered on schedule, and can release without issue
• Working with Engineering Leads to establish and maintain bug triage process, determine and prioritize must-fix issues for release and work with appropriate team members to ensure bug fixes happen as planned
• Coordinate with internal and external SaaS platform teams to resolve issues related to integration, data quality, performance, latency and compliance
• Coordinate internal and external release notes, known issues, and knowledge base
