Key Responsibilities
As the Technical Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in managing projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Your responsibilities include:
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison between the project team and the client, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional performance.
Comprehensive Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scope definition, work plans, deliverables, and quality assurance.
Leadership & Team Building: Foster a collaborative team environment, manage staffing needs, and lead performance reviews.
Strategic Guidance: Provide expert advice on IT strategies, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies while implementing Agile methodologies to streamline processes.
Program Management: Oversee program criteria, financials, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive success.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, including Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR) and senior leadership.
Problem Solving: Develop and recommend solutions to complex challenges, guiding the team to achieve project goals.
Operational Support: Assist with accounting operations, conduct in-depth research on discrepancies, and support cleanup efforts.
Required Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, IT-related fields, or an MBA in Business Administration.
Experience:
10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 7 years working within Agile frameworks.
Previous experience working with HHS and/or AHRC projects.
Demonstrated expertise in leading software development projects, including cybersecurity and cloud technology initiatives.
Proven ability to develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource plans while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Certifications:
PMP/PMI certification.
Scrum Master certification.
Desired Qualifications

Proven ability to manage vendor deliverables and integrations effectively.
Quality certifications such as ITIL or similar.
