Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in designing, writing, and publishing technical documentation. The ideal candidate will support our Design Quality Assurance and new product development initiatives, particularly within the medical devices sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, write, and publish technical documentation, including labelling, technical publications, and collateral materials. - Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation for new medical device products. - Utilize Propel software and contribute to the transition to Prysm 360. - Ensure all documentation adheres to industry standards and quality assurance protocols. - Develop and maintain documentation templates and standards for consistency across all technical publications. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field. - 1-3 years of experience in technical documentation, particularly in the medical device industry. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software tools. - Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information clearly. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. - A supportive and innovative work environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
