About This Role

We are looking for an experienced UI Designer to join our team. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment along with other UI/UX designers, product managers and engineers. This role will be responsible to create and optimize user interfaces for websites and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, designers to identify, research and provide designs for a variety of projects
Build conceptualize designs and convey design ideas
Create designs that are functional, modular, and accessible for high-visibility digital products
Provide visually appealing user interface design that is consistent with the current design style
Prioritize a list of actionable outcomes and follow through on insights, ensuring they result in product design improvements
Organize design files, maintain design components and design system
Work with engineers to ensure every version release matchs the design file and the visual standard

Qualifications:

3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design
Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Sketch
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
Demonstrate systematic thinking in the creation of sketches, wireframes, high fidelity designs, prototypes.
Juggle multiple projects and self-prioritize workload with minimal oversight
Advanced problem-solving skills and research skill
Professional written and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology
