Compensation Range: $55 - 60 per hour

Join our client's dynamic team and take your UX/UI design skills to the next level! We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.


You will have the opportunity to shape the visual and interactive elements of our client's products, working in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex design challenges and is eager to contribute to the success of digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the user interface by identifying problems, proposing solutions, recommending implementations, and executing UI improvements to enhance user experience.
• Design pixel-perfect, world-class user interfaces and create original, eye-catching visual designs.
• Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines in a dynamic, agile product environment.
• Produce interactive prototypes for internal experimentation and usability testing; rigorously test UI with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrate mastery of usability and accessibility standards in collaboration with visual and interface design disciplines.
• Leverage broad experience and deep user understanding to recommend UI features that address customer needs.
• Develop intuitive style guides and design specifications focused on seamless engineering implementation.
• Provide support, clear communication, and revisions throughout the development phase to ensure design fidelity.
• Maintain a critical eye and obsessive attention to detail throughout the design and development process.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Education: Bachelors
• A portfolio showcasing recent e-commerce designs is required for consideration; mobile site, mobile phone, and/or tablet app designs are a plus.
• 5-8 years of UI and visual design experience within a digital agency or product team.
• Proven experience leading the development of comprehensive and versatile digital design systems.
• Strong background in iconography, symbol design, and data visualization.
• Expert skills in typesetting and typographic design.
• In-depth knowledge of cross-platform web/mobile usability standards and UI specifications.
• Understanding of the design and technical capabilities/limitations of leading email and browser technologies.
• Skilled in managing projects from exploratory and conceptual phases through to final production assets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute against parallel paths.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with copywriters and business stakeholders to ensure successful marketing-related launches.
