Join our dynamic Loan Administration Services team as a Vice President I, Loans Onboarding Specialist! We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to make a positive impact while collaborating with a diverse group of talented professionals.
What You'll Do:
Lead Onboarding Processes: Oversee the onboarding of new and existing clients, guiding them through our systems as they launch new CLO or fund transactions.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance our service offerings.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with client services, sales, legal, and other teams to promote digital adoption and ensure operational standards are met.
Utilize Your Expertise: Share your in-depth understanding of our product services and offerings with clients and internal teams.
Coordinate Operations: Manage the daily operations of client onboarding to ensure a smooth experience.
Monitor Metrics: Help maintain key performance indicators within the Loans Onboarding Team.
Resolve Issues: Address complex client inquiries and issues with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with business teams to understand client trends and needs.
Support Business Development: Use your insights into client issues to contribute to business development initiatives.
Enhance Client Experience: Drive internal activities and initiatives aimed at improving the overall client experience.
Lead and Develop Your Team: Recruit, motivate, and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Achieve Goals: Oversee team objectives and ensure successful talent management and supervision of staff.
What You Bring:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with an MBA preferred.
4-5 years of relevant work experience, including 0-1 years in a management role.
Experience in operations and/or client services is preferred.
