Job Description

Join a dynamic national project within a leading foundation as a Virtual Executive Assistant (VEA). This role is pivotal within our virtual team, supporting our Executive team during a critical phase of growth. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is exceptionally organized, and has a passion for building meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars for our Executive team, ensuring appointments are booked and adjusted based on priorities.
Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure program priorities are met.
Engage with various internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Support in creating marketing and communications materials when required.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a virtual work environment.
Occasional travel may be required for events.
Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience, including working in a virtual environment; experience in nonprofit settings is advantageous.
High school diploma is required.
Strong organizational skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with Executive-level stakeholders.
Passionate about making a positive impact.
Technically proficient; experience with database management is preferred, familiarity with Airtable is a plus.
