Job Description

As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will play a vital role in our Data Enrichment team, supporting data enrichment tasks for a healthcare client. You will be expected to maintain high-quality standards in your work and contribute positively to the quality control process.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases for accuracy.
Review and complete enrichment tasks as defined during training sessions.
Conduct data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all tasks.
Perform additional duties and tasks as required.
Pay Rate:
$16 USD/hour

Qualifications:
Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes.
Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for 40 hours per week, starting immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle process and information changes.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Must have a suitable work-from-home setup.
Stable internet connection required.
Computer-savvy candidates are preferred.
