Job Description

This position is responsible for managing the inventory and inventory systems for the company. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for tracking and managing inventory levels, utilizing warehouse management systems, and maintaining relationships with vendors. The Inventory Manager will oversee the operation of assigned warehouses and distribution centers, and report any progress to senior management.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the inventory of all products, including stock levels, reorder points, and lead times.
  • Maintain and optimize warehouse layout and inventory storage systems.
  • Conduct regular physical inventories and cycle counts and reconcile differences.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using systems such as SAP.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any inventory issues.
  • Oversee forklift operations to ensure safety and compliance with protocols.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for inventory optimization.
• Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
