  • 1-3 years of experience in event production, audio/video engineering, or a related field.

  • Broad technical knowledge of live event production, including sound, video, and lighting.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring crew members.

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive pay ($25-$28 per hour) with full benefits and paid vacation.

  • Hands-on experience working in a state-of-the-art music center.

  • A collaborative and supportive team environment at a top liberal arts college.
