Job Description

We have partnered with a true community based financial institution that is looking to add an experienced Ag Loan Officer to their team. This company prides itself on providing an environment that encourages personal and professional growth and has become a staple of it's community!

Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent of 3+ years of bank lending experience
* Knowledge of consumer, commercial, and/or real estate lending (appraisals, deeds, and lien recording)
* Strong customer and employee management skills
* Experience in analyzing financial statements (preferred)
* Understanding of current bank specific lending policies and procedures, as well as collection and bankruptcy regulations
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
